A FREE online course site generated out of Stanford Univeristy. Similar to Khan Academy but actually provides grading and the ability to study with others. Well worth a look as it includes mini courses such as "Surviving Your Rookie Year of Teaching: 3 Key Ideas & High Leverage Techniques" and other teacher-oriented coourses.
