Excellent place for Australian music scores, sound recordings, websites & a range of other music-related material.

National Library of Australia Digitised Collections Music
The music collection contains over 300,000 musical scores and the largest collection of music research resources in Australia.
Mutopia
All music in the Mutopia Project is free to download, print out, perform and distribute. These are based on editions in the public domain, and include works by Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Handel, Mozart, and many others. Over 1540 pieces of music are now available.
Sheet Music Consortium
Contains tens of thousands of images of sheet music from collections throughout the United States. Browsable by title, and searchable by composer, subject, publisher, and date. A project of "a group of libraries working toward the goal of building an open collection of digitized sheet music."

Music Books

You will find music books on the non-fiction shelves AND also in the True Reads collection at 780 to 784. These include books on Bach and the classical composers, books on Jazz, Rock, musical instruments, musicians and bands. If you go to your local public library you will find books on these subjects on their shelves at these numbers too.

The Age Digital Edition Newspaper

The Age Digital Edition
Provides searchable access to exact replicas of The Age newspapers from 2006 up to this morning's edition. You will need to use the Kilbreda library's username and password. These are posted up on the walls in the library or you can ask a friendly library staff member or teacher.
